The BitCanna team has been actively traveling Europe the last weeks to spread the word. The team exhibited, participated, and pitched in The Netherlands, Czech Republic, Malta, Spain, and Portugal. The events allowed us to meet with all stakeholders of BitCanna. We’ve met with professionals from both the cannabis and the Blockchain industry, met with the cannabis consumers, and spoke with regulators and industry influencers. Cannabis Capital Convention Amsterdam, The Netherlands | October 30, 2019
This year’s theme at The Amsterdam Cannabis Capital Convention highlighted the World Wide Wave in cannabis legalization, with emphasis on Europe. What can other countries, such as The Netherlands, learn from this wave, and who is next? And what are the investment opportunities that this wave brings? The event provided a perfect platform for promotion to a large room full of investors and professionals from the cannabis industry.
The Amsterdam Cannabis Capital Convention has proven to be a great opportunity to network with other cannabis professionals.

Cannafest Prague, The Czech Republic | November 1-3, 2019
This year marked the 10th edition of the Cannafest event hosted in the PVA Expo in Prague. The exhibition included cannabis cultivation technology, fertilizers, seeds, smoking accessories, CBD… and BitCanna!
The Prague event offered us a unique opportunity to meet with cannabis consumers and cannabis businesses. We’ve gathered lots of feedback and shared our thoughts and vision with tens of thousands of visitors and over 200 exhibitors.
Malta Blockchain Summit | November 7-8, 2019
The 3rd edition of the AIBC (Artificial Intelligence & Blockchain) summit was hosted in the Intercontinental in St. Julian’s, Malta. The event was jam-packed with investors and innovators in Blockchain, AI, Big Data, IoT, and Medical Cannabis.
Malta felt like the perfect opportunity to meet up with Blockchain industry experts, engineers, researchers, and technologists, paving the way for blockchain adoption around the world. With several exciting networking events and expert presentations, it was both a great learning experience as it was a fruitful event. Here’s the recap video from AIBC itself.
Blockchain Convergence Malaga, Spain | November 11-13, 2019
The Malaga Blockchain Convergence event focused on bringing together the worldwide blockchain community for an intense dialog with regulators, policymakers, industry influencers, and members of the social impact community; Bringing together over 1500 participants for a program of presentations, panels, and workshops. A set of exciting keynotes and panel discussions focused on entrepreneurship, use cases, research, regulation, and technology.
Cannadouro Porto, Portugal | November 23-24, 2019
The 3rd edition of Cannadouro was hosted at the Alfandega do Porto located in the historic center of Porto. BitCanna was joined in an exhibition space filled with innovative and creative businesses that push the sector into worldwide expansion while promoting the conscious use of cannabis.
Spannabis Barcelona | March 13-15, 2020
Spannabis is the biggest trade show for the cannabis sector worldwide, expecting over 30000 visitors. Seventeen years of culture, innovation, and cannabis industry, hand in hand with the most prominent brands of the moment.
At Spannabis, you will find exhibitors related to the entire cannabis vertical, including cultivators, seedbanks, greenhouse managers, hemp processors, recreational consumption, and the 2020 edition will include the first Blockchain-related company as BitCanna debuts in Barcelona.
